Leonard is an engineer specialised in Energy (Electricity & Gas) and the visionary founder of Tanzania Kwanza Technologies. He trained at the Dar es Salaam Institute of Technology (DIT) and later advanced his expertise at the Nelson Mandela African Institute of Science and Technology under the UNIDO Waste-to-Energy Programme. With deep technical knowledge in energy systems and waste-to-energy solutions, Leonard leads the company's strategic direction, innovation roadmap, and long-term growth strategy.
